This series consists of specifications and plans for sewage treatment facilities and water distribution projects submitted to the Water Improvement Commission for its review and approval. The Water Improvement Commission was merged into the Dept. of Environmental Management in 1982 when ADEM was created. The specifications provide detailed technical plans for the construction of the project.
